| Your satisfaction is our foremost concern. If
you must return a product due to our error or a manufacturer defect, we will arrange for
the exchange at no additional cost to you. For other returns, a 15% restocking fee is
usually charged and merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging within
15 days. Please call our customer service department for additional information. Special
order products and non-inventoried products are not returnable unless defective. |

| For damaged merchandise delivered by UPS, you
must save all packaging and cartons. Call us for further instructions. For
damaged merchandise delivered via Truck/Common Carrier, it is the customer’s
responsibility to inspect all cartons upon delivery and note any exposed damage on the
freight bill. Please do not refuse the shipment. Accept the shipment as damaged, save all
packaging and cartons and call us for further instructions. |
